Submit Your Return Request

Return shipping costs vary depending on the size of the tire or wheel

We Will Contact You

A representative will contact you via email within two business days (excluding weekends) to notify you of the status of your request.
If approved, they will provide the necessary return labels

Drop Off Your Tires

Once the tires or wheels have been dropped off and we have received them, we will provide a refund or an exchange

Refunds are processed within 3 business days once the tires have arrived at the warehouse

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of making the order. Please click here Cancellation Request to fill out the cancellation form. All financed orders MAY BE subject to a $49 fee from the financing institution, which is out of our control. If you wish to make a cancellation after one hour of your initial order, you may be subject to return and restocking fees. If you refuse a shipment and it is sent back to us, you will be subject to return fees as well as restocking fees

Refund or Exchange

At TireBros24, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Only tires or wheels that are unused, unmounted, and undriven are eligible for return. To qualify, the tires must be in their original condition, including manufacturer stickers if available. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for tires that match the original order. If the return is due to an error by TireBros24, we will cover the return shipping cost
