Does my tire purchase include installations?
I would like to ship my tires directly to an installer, how do I do it?

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of making the order. Please click here Cancellation Request to fill out the cancellation form. All financed orders MAY BE subject to to a $49 fee from the financing institution, which is out of our control. If you wish to make a cancellation after one hour of your initial order, you may be subject to return and restocking fees. If you refuse a shipment and it is sent back to us, you will be subject to return fees as well as restocking fees.
Once I receive my order, can I return it?
We understand things happen. Plans change. We are happy to offer a 30 day return policy for items that are un-used and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Please click here to read our full return/refund policy and to begin a return.
What if the tires I ordered are out of stock?
We try to keep our inventory up to date as best we can, but if a certain set of tires is unavailable, a member of our team will reach out to you directly. We will help you find a tire of equal or better value.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We typically ship out orders within one business day of the order being made. Delivery times vary by location.
I have multiple tracking numbers, what’s up with this?
Depending on the size of your tires, they may be shipped in their own individual packages. Each package will have it’s own tracking number.
Can I do local pickup instead of shipping?
You can arrange to have your items held and picked up at a local FedEx Office or ship center.
According the tracking, my package was delivered but I can’t find it. Help!
First, we ask that you check around the outside of your house, this includes any side or rear entrances. If you live in an apartment or condo, please check with your property management office to see if they have the package.
